Facility Rental Rate Information
The Cook Education Center is open for the public to enjoy. Scroll to see our rental rates for rooms and equipment.
Tables and chairs are included in the rental price of the facility. We provide set up and take down of tables and chairs. Tables are 60” rounds and 6’x30”rectangular tables. Chairs are black cloth. Media and sound are a separate rental.
Secure the date deposit is part of the rental rate and is non-refundable. Holiday rates are double the usual rate. |

MEDIA & SOUND RENTAL RATE INFORMATION
The Cook Education Center media equipment includes a 15 1/2 x 27 1/2 screen at the front of Atrium B. There are two 9 x 15 1/2 screens in Atrium A. The same image can be shown on all screens or different images can be shown. We have the equipment to project a live event on one or all the screens. Both Atriums have sound. Lighting is checked before the event to ensure lighting issues are addressed.
The Cook Education Center equipment along with the Navarro College Media Integration Services Center staff can handle any request you have to make your event extra special. All PowerPoints or videos must be checked by our media staff one week before the event.
