SUMMER 2025 ASSISTANCEOpens on April 14, 2025 | Closes on May 5, 2025 |
|
Textbooks are loaned out for one semester at a time. Students are responsible for purchasing access codes, kits, bundles, and any textbooks not listed on the schedule for the semester they are applying for a book loan. Students awarded textbook assistance must return books after final exams or upon dropping the course. A hold will be placed on the student's account for non-returned books. Students with holds will not be considered for new textbook loans, until the hold is cleared. |
|
Transportation Assistance is not available for Summer 2025 |
Transportation assistance is available to assist students in courses that require additional travel. Those students enrolled in an internship, clinical, or practicum, in which travel outside of Navarro College is required. If the student is selected as a candidate to receive transportation assistance, they will then be required to have their instructor complete a form for proof of travel. Awarded in December as a reimbursement. |
Child Care Assistance is not available for Summer 2025 |
The student is authorized to qualify up to two (2) children per semester. The assistance is paid for days that NC classes are in session. Days the College is closed will not be covered and is the student's responsibility. Childcare awards will be paid directly to licensed and registered daycare providers at the end of each month, based on a completed billing request form. |
